Full and part time positions are available in Vancouver and Toronto. Your role will include performing commercial building inspections and conducting reserve fund studies for condominium corporations.

1. A broad knowledge of commercial, residential and industrial buildings.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Demonstrated project management skills.
