Subhi’s sustainability and energy efficient design portfolio includes, LEED® facilitation, energy audits and feasibility studies, energy retrofits and upgrade design and construction for projects in Ontario and Canada.

In addition to energy and project management, and contract administration skills, Subhi is familiar with a variety of building condition assessment and field investigation techniques, retrofits detailed design, specifications writing, and drawing preparation.

A LEED® Accredited Professional and Committee member of the Canada Green Building Council Greater Toronto Chapter, Subhi is Carson Dunlop Weldon’s Senior Sustainability Engineer and is responsible for developing and implementing energy efficient and sustainability strategies for clients with both existing and new facilities

Along with achieving the designation of a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with PEO in 2003, Subhi is also the Chair of the PEO Etobicoke Chapter and a Chapter delegate on the PEO Education Outreach Committee.
