residential and commercial buildings of various descriptions
and reporting on conditions of major components such as

& Associates Ltd. in 1991. Duties include detailed progress
inspections of roofing membrane installations, consulting
with architects on roofing details and procedures and specification
writing for roofing applications.

Charles Gravely is a Licensed Professional Engineer
with a Masters of Engineering from McGill University,
specializing in stress analysis and reliability of structures.

Charles ran a successful building inspection business in
Montreal before coming to Toronto to become Vice President
of Marketing for Canada's leading building inspection company,
Carson Dunlop and Associates.
Charles has traveled across North America as an instructor
and guest speaker at national conferences of the building
inspection industry, as well as for real estate and appraisal
organizations. He participated in the development of The Carson
Dunlop Home Study System, the foremost home-inspection training
program in North America. He is also one of the main developers
of and instructors for the Carson Dunlop Weldon Commercial
Inspection Training Program.
